How much does Deskie cost?

Deskie Core is $149/month and includes 60 answered calls. Growth is $249/month for 150 calls, Pro is $499/month for 350, and Scale is $999/month for 700. Start with 14 free answered calls. No credit card required. No setup fee. No lock-in contract.

Is there a free trial?

What if Deskie is not right for my business?

You get your money back. Your first paid subscription comes with a 30-day full refund guarantee, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Top-ups are not covered, and renewals or upgrades do not restart the guarantee.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Yearly gives you 2 months free on every plan. Core is $1,490, Growth is $2,490, Pro is $4,990 and Scale is $9,990. Included calls reset each month and do not roll over.

What if I need more calls?

You can top up anytime. Top-up packs are 30 answered calls for $75 and stay valid for 12 months. Your monthly included calls are always used first and reset each billing month. Top-up calls are used after that. Included calls do not roll over. If you are regularly topping up, moving to the next plan costs less. We will tell you when that happens.

Changing plans

Upgrading starts your new plan straight away, with its full included calls and a fresh billing period (month or year), unused time on your old plan is not credited. Moving down, or from yearly to monthly, starts at the end of your paid period. Top-up packs stay valid for 12 months on any plan. To change plans, call 0485 017 007.

Which plan should I choose?

Deskie will recommend the best plan for you based on your usage during the free trial. The choice is yours either way. You can start on any plan you like, and moving up takes effect straight away if you need more calls later.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. Deskie has no lock-in contract and no setup fee. You can cancel the renewal anytime, on monthly or yearly plans, and your service continues through the period you've already paid for.
